A beautiful public beach located right in the heart of Harwich (and right by our wedding venue)! Stop by for a relaxing break along the water.
Lighthouse Beach
A gorgeous beach right next to the Chatham Lighthouse. Parking is free for 30 minutes - if you want to visit the beach for longer, we recommend buying a $20 daily beach parking pass.
Red River Beach
An expansive public beach in the heart of Harwich Port!
Nauset Lighthouse
Located in Eastham. Stop by during a tour time and you can climb the famous landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Chatham Main Street
Chatham's main street is home to lots of cute shops, ice cream stores, and cafes!
Devil's Purse Brewing Company
A small craft brewery located in Dennis - check out their outdoor beer garden! There are also a number of other fun breweries in the area, including Hog Island Beer Co. (in Orleans) and Cape Cod Beer Co. (in Hyannis).

Seal Tour
There are numerous seal watching tours that depart from around Harwich Port/Chatham - one highly ranked boat ride is Monomoy Seal Cruise.
Walk / Hike the Rail Trail & Conservation Areas
Ride, walk or run through 6 Cape Cod towns as you follow the Cape Cod Rail Trail. There’s plenty to see along the 22-mile trail and state and national parks to visit as you please. Visit the website linked for more information.
Freedom Cruise Line to Nantucket
From Harwich Port you can take a short ferry ride (~1 hour 20 minutes) to Nantucket! We advise against visiting Nantucket on August 2nd or 3rd - due to the ferry schedules, it will be challenging to visit the island and make it back in time for wedding events.
