Arizona can be very hot all day, but the second the sun goes down a chill rolls in. Make sure to have a light jacket for evening events.

Please, do not drink and drive. A DUI can be given if a driver blows a 0.01 on a breathalyzer. Speeding and Red Light cameras are everywhere. Carpool and Uber as much as possible.

Are you going hiking?

Answer

Hiking in Arizona is a lot more difficult than on the east coast. If you plan on hiking, make sure to be mindful of the skill level of each trail and have proper footwear. There are many people that are airlifted from Camelback Mountain every day. You don't want to be that person.
