The Wedding Day & Reception will be Babes in Arms. To ensure space and comfort for all wedding guests we kindly request that babies remain in arms through the Wedding Day. There will not be space for strollers or prams around the dinner reception.

During The Wedding event, rooms inside the Villa will be made available for baby sitting. Please contact us for further details and to organise.
Transportation to and from the Volterra will be provided on The Wedding Day. If you are not staying in Volterra please arrange your own transport to and from Volterra or directly to and from the Wedding venue. Volterra pick up & drop off times TBC. Transport to and from the Welcome Party & Pool Party TBC. Parking is available at the Villa for all Wedding Events.
We’d love to celebrate with everyone, but we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitation.
The ceremony and celebrations will take place during a warm season. During the ceremony & cocktail hour we will provide parasols and fans for comfort whilst the sun is still up. Hydration stations will be available throughout - plenty of water to keep you refreshed… and something stronger to keep the party going!
