Carambola Beach Resort

The resort is about 30 min away from everything else and is quite secluded. Hotel Block Info: If you book directly with Marriott through the hotel block it is discounted, includes breakfast, and you can provide input on which building/location you would like. We will update everyone with more detail on this process and the exact dates that we will be there once we book soon. Taxis and Rental Cars

We recommend taking a taxi from the airport rather than renting a car as you don't need a car once you get to the resort. If you do rent a car, we would recommend a Jeep or similar as the roads are very rough. Note that the cars are all left-hand drive (like in mainland US) but they drive on the opposite side of the road so be prepared. You will also need to show current proof of insurance at the rental counter.

The Market STX
