Where will the ceremony and reception be held at?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Dove Ridge Vineyard at 6000 Tucker Drive Weatherford, TX 76085 at 4 PM.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins so that everyone can be seated.

Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know your plans for the wedding by November 4 so we can get a proper guest count. All RSVP's will be completed on the website. If you have any trouble RSVPing, please let us know and we can help you.

Can children come to the wedding?

Answer

Each invitation will have a number of guests invited on the RSVP's through the website. If there are enough invites, we would love your children to be a part of our special day, but we also understand if you would like to make it a date night! When you RSVP, please indicate whether each invited person is attending or not.

I cannot figure out how to RSVP on the website, what do I do?

Answer

Please contact either the bride or the groom if you are having problems using the online RSVP and we can complete it for you. You can email us at absepulveda@outlook.com or text/call us.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

We are respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off during the ceremony. After the ceremony concludes, feel free to take pictures and use #ReadyToBeRodriguez so we can see all of your great pictures! We will also have a photo booth available during the reception.

Are you registered and if so where?

Answer

We are registered on Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond and we also have a Newlywed Fund that you can contribute towards. Please click on the Registry tab to see these.

COVID Information

Answer

Our wedding is going forward as planned. If you’re no longer able to attend, we completely understand. You can update your RSVP anytime on our site. We will continue to monitor the situation for any updates on safety requirements, and update the website as needed. Please see below for COVID precautions that we will have in place at the wedding.

Answer

Masks will be required at the wedding for guests and vendors. We encourage you to bring your own, but we will also have some there for guests as well.

Answer

Per venue guidelines, all tables will be spaced 6 feet apart and guests will be assigned to their tables at the reception. The table seating arrangements will be found at the reception as you walk-in.

Guests will be given their own individual hand sanitizers to use as they wish.

We will set up a few tables and chairs outside for people that would prefer to social distance more during dinner. These tables will be limited due to the space. There will also be cocktail tables in the lawn area for people to use. The venue has plenty of outdoor and indoor space that guests can enjoy.
