the beginning of happily ever after

Freshman year of college at Northwest, Andy and Allison were placed on the same floor of the dorm. After walking to and from the Performing Arts Center a million times, making Wednesday dinners with their roommates, and playing countless rounds of Spicy Uno (not that kind of spicy), Andy and Allison became the worst of enemies in board games and the best of friends in everyday life (he won every game).

After three years, two bets, and one realization in the Applebee's parking lot, Allison discovered she might like Andy a little... okay, a lot. It wouldn't be until one month before graduation that Andy and Allison would start dating (in an Applebee's parking lot), and all bets could be settled by their friends.

A year and a half into their relationship, Andy decided to pop the question at the Des Moines Botanical Gardens on their way to Casey for Thanksgiving festivities. Allison wasn't suspicious at all when she found out Rachel and Cooper would be coming from Omaha to join them on their little stop... And of course, she said yes!
