Transportation To/From Venue

There are a limited number of reserved parking spaces at Evergreen Lake House. Due to this venue being a public space, we cannot guarantee parking spaces. Transportation scheduled to the venue? - NO. We do NOT have transportation scheduled to the venue. Please carpool or schedule an Uber / Lyft to arrive at the venue. Transportation returning to the hotels? - YES. We WILL have a shuttle returning people from the venue to the Comfort Suites Evergreen Hotel and the Hampton Inn Denver-West / Golden Hotel. The shuttle service is as scheduled: - 9:30 pm - The 1st shuttle will leave to take individuals to Comfort Suites Evergreen Hotel AND Hampton Inn Denver-West / Golden Hotel - 11:00 pm - The 2nd shuttle will make a pit-stop at Cactus Jack's Saloon for those who would like to attend, then take individuals to Comfort Suites Evergreen Hotel AND Hampton Inn Denver-West / Golden Hotel - 12:30 pm - The 3rd shuttle will take individuals from Cactus Jack's Saloon to their respective hotels

We have a new room block! It is located at the Hampton Inn Denver-West/Golden. To book a room in our room block, please call the hotel directly. There will be a recording, so please wait until the end of the recording to direct your call to the front desk individual. Please state you request a room in the Crowder-Jurrens room block to receive our room block rate. The LAST DAY of the room block is JUNE 19th, 2021 (3 weeks before our big day!). After this date, rooms are open to the general public, however, if you still require a room after this date, again call the hotel directly and ask for availability in the Crowder-Jurrens room block to receive our room block rate.

Due to COVID -19 and Denver hosting MLB All-Star weekend the same weekend as our wedding, there is a shortage of rental cars. There are currently little to no rental cars left at Denver International Airport. Please book your rental cars ASAP if this is your plan of transportation.
