Thursday Night Welcome Drinks

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Come down to the Strip District for a casual get together and a drink if you're around on Thursday night! We would love to see you!

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

The shuttle bus will be leaving from the Renaissance Hotel at 3:45pm sharp! If you plan to use the shuttle, please make sure you arrive to the hotel around 3:15pm so you can ensure a seat on the bus. The shuttle will leave Hartwood at 10pm to go back to the Renaissance. Uber/Lyft might be available from Hartwood, but not promised. Please plan accordingly if you plan on drinking!
