We met through Andy's brother-in-law, Joe. Joe was at Ben's (Sydney the Bridesmaid's boyfriend) birthday party, and he heard Lauren talking about how she grew up on a farm, was a 4-H educator, and all that good stuff. Joe had a bit too much to drink, and decided to come up to Lauren and say "It sounds like you would get along with my brother-in-law so well!" He spent the next 10 minutes talking to Lauren about Andy. He even showed off his Facebook profile! Lauren just kind of laughed it off as some drunk guy at a party trying to be a wing man for his buddy, so she didn't think anything would come of it. Well, the next day Andy's family had a family event, and Joe told Andy all about Lauren! And they proceeded to stalk her Facebook profile. A few weeks later when Lauren had forgotten all about this random guy she heard about, she got a friend request from Andy. She normally didn't accept random requests on Facebook, but she recognized the picture from when Joe showed her! Turns out in the weeks leading up to this facebook request, Andy was messaging some of their mutual friends asking them what they thought of Lauren. After they became Facebook friends, Lauren started doing the same. Until one day, one of our mutual friends who was tired of playing middle man, sent Lauren his snapchat name and told her to "just add him!" so she did! That night she happened to see in his snapchat that we was at the Manley Bar with some OTHER mutual friends of theirs (they had a lot of mutual friends before meeting!). She decided she was going to shoot her shot, and went to the bar. She walked in, said hi to some of those mutual friends he was with, then Andy walked up to her, stuck his hand out and said "By the way, I'm Andy." The next day Andy and Lauren went on their first date, spent almost every day together the next week together, and they've been together ever since.
