FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The date for final RSVP is listed on the invitation. We ask that you please RSVP by this date as we have to get final counts to all of our vendors. If we haven't heard from you by this date, we understand that you are unable to attend and though we would love to have you there to celebrate with us, we totally understand.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you are allotted a plus one, that will be indicated on your invitation. Due to a limited venue capacity, we ask that you please only RSVP for the number reserved for you on your invitation.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is semi-formal to formal. As always, we request that you don't wear colors traditionally associated with the bride (white, ivory, creams). Additionally, note that the wedding colors are Navy and Bronze. Please do not wear jeans. Please be aware that weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be on an enclosed patio and the reception will be indoors.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is adults-only with the exception of children that are involved in our ceremony. Please take this as a chance to get a sitter and enjoy a night away!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Our venue has ample parking but minimal availability for overnight. Therefore, we ask that if you choose to indulge at the reception (we encourage this!), please plan for transportation accordingly. If you are staying at the hotel, there will be a shuttle available prior to the ceremony and at the end of the reception.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Our venue is able to accommodate the major food allergies (i.e. gluten, dairy, nuts, etc) but we need to know ahead of time. Please note your allergies when completing your RSVP or message us ASAP.

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating with the exception of the first two aisles for family. For the reception, there will be seating arranged by table number. This is done carefully so everyone will have someone they know around them! Please stay at your allotted table through dinner at the minimum as dinner is plated and is mapped out based on the seating chart. You can mingle as you wish after dinner!

Question

Can we take our own pictures and videos throughout the day?

Answer

We ask that you do not take any pictures or videos during the ceremony as we have a fantastic photographer. However, after the ceremony we encourage you to take as many pictures and videos as you see fit. In fact, please send the bride and groom pictures and videos throughout the night so we can re-visit and enjoy them together the next day! We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Question

Is the shuttle available?

Answer

There will be shuttle service from the hotel to the venue from 4:45pm - 5:45pm. (Reminder, the ceremony begins at 5:30 so if you’re later than that, you’ll have to wait until cocktail hour begins). The return shuttle back to the hotel will start running at 10:00pm - 11:30pm.

Question

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We have the space until 11pm! We will be doing a staged sparkler exit quite early in the evening (9-9:30pm) prior to photography coverage ending. Please note this isn’t the actual end of the reception!
