We're Getting Married!

Our story began in 2024 when we first met at a barbecue through mutual friends. At the time, neither of us knew just how much that meeting would change our lives. Our journey together didn't officially begin until September of 2025. From the very beginning, we knew our relationship would require patience, faith, and commitment. With an ocean soon separating us, we had to learn how to love each other through long phone calls, countless messages, and the challenges that come with long distance. While the distance between Alabama and South Africa wasn't always easy, it strengthened our relationship in ways we never expected. We learned to trust one another, communicate well, and choose each other every single day, no matter how many miles stood between us. One of the things Allie loves most about Andy is his heart. His character, attentiveness, and willingness to help anyone in need are just a few of the many reasons she fell in love with him. Andy loves Allie's kind heart and the way she cares deeply for the people around her. Together, we've built a relationship rooted in love, friendship, respect, and faith. Looking back, it's easy to see God's hand throughout our story. Through every challenge, every goodbye, every reunion, and every season of waiting, He was faithfully guiding our steps. His timing may not have always matched our own, but it has always been perfect. What began with a chance meeting at a barbecue has grown into a love that crossed continents. We are so thankful for the family and friends who have supported us along the way, and we can't wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you as we begin forever together.
