What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by November 17, 2026 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have reserved room blocks at three hotels; Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Coronado Spring's Resort and Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. Please book your stay by 12/18/26 to guarantee a room in our block. What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire: Suits, Dresses, or Cocktail Attire Welcome.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk on paved pathways.

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

We will be providing guest transportation on our wedding day. Details to follow. We will not be providing guest transportation to our Welcome Dessert Party. The Grand Floridian Resort is easily accessible via ride-share service or Disney's Monorail. Please reach out with any questions.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Although our ceremony begins at 5:00pm, we recommend that guests aim to arrive for 4:30pm.

Who do I contact if there is a food allergy?

What is the weather and climate like in the area?

Answer

Orlando winters are generally mild during the day and cool at night, so we recommend a wrap to cover bare shoulders.

What's the best airport to use?

Answer

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from MCO via taxi, public transit or ride share.

Do they offer special priced tickets for Disney World Parks?

Answer

Yes, they do! Please purchase park tickets online at https://disneyurl.com/Weddings or through Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings phone agents by calling (407) 827-6799. We may also take advantage of partial day theme park tickets, enjoy single-day admission to one theme park after 1pm or after 4pm. To purchase partial day tickets, please call (407) 827-6799.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon fund would be deeply appreciated.
