We met through a mutual friend while at a bar. When we met it was a rough time in both of our lives. We spent the next 5 months learning about one another, laughing with one another, going for drives, being there for one another, eating pizza every second we could, and becoming each other’s best friend.

One of our favorite things to do together is attend concerts. We have seen a handful at 20 Monroe Live in Grand Rapids. We have so many favorites but the concert that sticks out the most is seeing Aaron Lewis there on November, 22, 2019. During the song Love Me, Andrew told Ashlyn he loves her for the first time. On March 6, 2021 Andrew brought her back to 20 Monroe Live to ask her to marry him.
