Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Searles Castle in Windham NH! The ceremony will take place outdoors in the courtyard, cocktail hour and reception are indoors.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please navigate to the section of the website titled 'RSVP' and enter your first and last name. Your name will bring up your RSVP card, as well as your plus ones' RSVP card (if applicable). If your name search does not return any results, please reach out to Katie or Bryan.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due back by 9/5/2025 so we can appropriately inform our venue to plan for meals & seating. If we do not receive your RSVP, or another form of communication regarding your attendance by 9/6/25, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation. We will do our best to include as many as possible in our celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep this an adults-only event. We are sorry in advance for any inconvenience this may cause!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 3:30 PM! We highly recommend arriving by 3 PM if you are driving yourself. The bus from the hotel will be leaving around 2:30 PM & arriving around 3 PM.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have a shuttle to and from the hotel. Please note: there are not a lot of Ubers/Lyfts available in the area, and plan accordingly! Please see the 'Travel' page for more info!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal! For the ladies - break out your favorite dress or pantsuit. For the men, break out your favorite suit & tie!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the base of the castle. It is about a 5 minute walk from the parking lot, up to the ceremony area. There will also be a golf cart shuttle back-and-forth from the parking lot to the ceremony area for guests.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Merlot, gold, pine green & black. Feel free to color coordinate!

Bridesmaids: Merlot Groomsmen: Black Bride: White :-) Groom: Forest green

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, our venue is very good about catering to dietary restrictions. Please enter any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the text box when you RSVP.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed but we completely understand. Please let us know by RSVPing “no” on the RSVP form, or reaching out to us directly.
