The Courtyard Annapolis & Hilton Garden Inn are where we have room blocks, but there are many other hotels, Airbnb, and VRBO options.
There will be shuttles from the Courtyard. Pick up to go to London Town will be at 4:15 PM. An early shuttle will head back to the hotel at 8:30 PM for kiddos who need to go to bed; the others will leave at the end of the night. If you drive to London Town, you can leave your car overnight, but you must pick it up in the morning!
