When should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors?

Yes. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors.

What is the weather like at that time of year?

Answer

The average high is 83°F, and the average low is 46°F.

Do you have room blocks or recommendations on accommodations?

Answer

With so many options in the area, we decided not to reserve room blocks so guests can choose freely. We recommend the Jockey Club if you’d like to stay on the Strip, or Tahiti Village if you’d prefer to be close to most of the events.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Please contact the bride to let her know of any dietary restrictions. Dinner will be served buffet style.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Please keep your phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. This will be an unplugged ceremony, but don’t worry — professional photographers will capture the important moments.

The ceremony will be followed by a cocktail hour and then a reception on site.

Yes! There is a pool party on Friday afternoon, a welcome event Friday night, and a brunch on Sunday after the wedding.

Yes! There will be an open bar at the wedding reception. Drinks will also be provided at the pool party, welcome event, and Sunday brunch.
