There are no formal events schedule for Friday night, and we recommend Downtown Northville for anyone looking for something to do the night before the wedding! This is a really cute mini-downtown area with boutiques, food, outdoor restaurants & bars, and live music on Friday & Saturday nights. It's only about 10 minutes away from the hotel and parking is free! Nicole grew up in this town, here are some of her favorite places in the area! The Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) is one of the premier art museums in the US, known for its diverse and expansive collection that spans centuries and cultures. Located in Midtown Detroit, the DIA houses over 65,000 works of art, including masterpieces from ancient civilizations, European and American paintings, and modern and contemporary art. It is truly beautiful if you have a chance to check it out!
