Andrew and Liana met when a mutual friend introduced them on a beautiful spring Saturday. That person brought them together with other mutual friends at the meeting ground that was Andrew's house. Later they went to Cantine Field in Saugerties, NY to play some ball. Liana remembers sitting in the back of Andrew's Jeep having the gumballs that he kept in a box at the time. Andrew and Liana's friendship grew over the summer of 2014 and into the fall. In September 2014 when they saw each other in person again at the Saugerties Garlic Festival, they knew their friendship would evolve into something greater. After several more friendly gatherings, and spending the turn to 2015 together, Andrew asked Liana to be his girlfriend on January 19th, 2015. Their love for one another grew quickly and profoundly which transformed them into the happy couple you know today.

In the first two years of Andrew and Liana's relationship, they shared some of the happiest days of their lives. From their first trip to Fenway Park in April 2015, to their trip to Delaware for the 4th of July 2015, to their trip to Boston in October 2015, to participating in Red Sox Winter Weekend in January 2016 as they celebrated their first anniversary, to their Spring Break in Tampa in March 2016, to seeing the Red Sox home opening game in April 2016, to moving to Canton, MA for the summer of 2016, to celebrating the 4th of July in 2016 along the Charles River in Boston, to seeing Coldplay perform in July 2016, to traveling to Tampa and Orlando for Universal in August 2016, and everything in between, they grew to love each other unconditionally. On their two year anniversary on January 19th, 2017, Andrew took Liana to the place where they saw their first sunset together in Saugerties in January 2015. They walked together among the blue and yellow sunset that cascaded across the sky, and stood in awe of each other and the world. It was then that Andrew grabbed Liana's hands and looked right into her eyes. He reached into his pocket and got down on one knee and opened the most beautiful ring Liana had ever seen: an aquamarine stone in the center of a beautiful diamond and platinum setting. He asked her the most simple yet deeply meaningful question: "Liana, will you marry me?" She said "Yes!" as tears streamed down her face. It was a surreal moment for them both, and they immediately embraced. They later celebrated with an intimate dinner at New World Home Cooking and with family for dessert. Their journey to forever had only just begun.

Andrew and Liana live together in Rhode Island. In their free time, they can be found attending Red Sox games, having fun with friends and family, playing games on their Nintendo Switch, cooking outstanding meals, laughing together, eating Clementine's homemade ice cream, exploring the New England Area, and much more. Andrew and Liana are each other's best friends and they cannot wait to marry each other and be unified in their love for eternity. They would like to express their sincerest gratitude for all of their friends and family who have supported them throughout their journey of love, and look forward to celebrating all together on their wedding day.
