It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of changes to our wedding this year. Due to the on-going circumstances of COVID-19, the current state guidelines prevent us from hosting a wedding of our size at our venue. We have made the difficult decision to postpone our large celebration until next year. While we plan to get married on our original wedding date with a smaller gathering, we truly look forward to celebrating safely with all our friends and family next year on Saturday, June 26, 2022 at Misselwood Estate!
Erica and Aaron both moved to New York City shortly after college, where they undoubtedly passed each other by in fleeting moments in Central Park or the subway. Luckily, modern technology arguably scored its biggest when both chose to "swipe right". A courtship soon followed that consisted of many fancy nights out, and just as many lazy nights in. Their first kiss occurred in Central Park, following a thoughtful and romantically planned night of ice skating. This preceded an equally thoughtful and romantic night planned by Aaron: hot yoga. Erica and Aaron left New York City in June of 2018, heading to the New England area to start new jobs outside of Boston. In August of 2019, Aaron guided Erica back to one of their favorite spots in Central Park to propose, celebrating a new chapter together in the city in which they fell in love. Aaron's sweaty and shaking hands tipped Erica off to his plans along the tree lined archway also featured in their Central Park engagement pictures. The fact that Bob, Lisa, Ashley and Trenton were hiding in the bushes and behind a hot dog stand made the night even more memorable. Since leaving New York City, Erica and Aaron have carved their way into their respective jobs, leaned head-first into suburban life, and just purchased a new home. They're so excited to share their special day with friends and family and are eager to embark on this next chapter of their life together!
