WHAT IS THE VENUE LOCATION?

Our ceremony & reception will be held at the same location! The Loving 1044 Starlight Road McMinnville, TN 37110

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

ARE MY CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, our wedding will be a mostly-adults celebration. We will only be including children from our immediate families that are listed on your invitation. We hope this advance notice will allow you to make the necessary accommodations & join us on our big day!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to dress in 'Sunday Best Casual.' Think church, brunch, family gatherings, etc. No white, off-white, cream, etc.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, to provide our vendors with a total guest count, the deadline is April 1st 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions & will have to mark you as 'no.' We hope you understand!

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm! Guests may start arriving 30 minutes prior to ceremony. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ceremony to get parked & find your seat! Once ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We ask that you turn off all phones/cameras during our ceremony. We've hired a wonderful photographer to capture every moment, & we want you to be able to relax, be present, & share in the joy with us - without any distractions. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We will have bartending services available, offering a selection of wine, beer, & hard seltzers. For those who prefer not to partake in alcohol, water & other alternatives will be provided! We kindly ask that everyone enjoy responsibly, as our venue does not permit cars to be parked overnight.

IS IT INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, behind the venue's building. Our reception will be held indoors.

IS THERE ON SITE PARKING?

Answer

Yes! Our venue offers free, on-site parking. There will be a parking attendant to help guide you to your spot. To make things easier, we encourage carpooling whenever possible.
