What are the transportation options on the day of the wedding?

Answer

We have hired two charter buses for day of transportation. These buses will provide transportation to and from both hotels in Springfield to Broadgauge, the wedding venue, throughout the evening. We want everyone to be able to have a good time and not have to worry about driving responsibly after a night of fun! There is parking on the town square and a parking lot down the block where Broadgauge is located if you would prefer to drive yourself. There is uber and lyft available in Springfield but it may be limited in the Petersburg area.

Is the venue accessible to those with disabilities?

Answer

The venue has one small step from the curb into the building. Inside the building there is an elevator that can help anyone who needs assistance going to the second floor ballroom.

Where do we park?

Answer

There will be a lot of fall festival activities going on that weekend so please give ample time to get here. There is a parking lot caddy corner from the venue located at the corner of 7th and Sheridan and will have a sign indicating it is parking for the venue. We will also have someone directing cars as well. For those needing to closer drop off due to a disability of inability to walk further please go to the entrance located on Douglas.
