When should I rsvp by?

Answer

We kindly request you RSVP no later than April 30th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as “not attending.” This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner. Thank you!

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

Villa & Vine does not have its own parking lot. We encourage our guests to Uber/Lyft, or secure a hotel reservation near the venue. If you plan on driving, there are public parking lots directly across State Street behind the Arlington Theater and Victoria Court. Street parking is also an option when available.

Can I bring a guest not listed on the invitation?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we simply can’t accommodate for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we ask to not bring a plus one, unless it is specified on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we cannot accommodate small children outside of the immediate family. If your child is invited, their names will be under your name in the RSVP section. We appreciate you making prior arrangements!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do! Our recommendations will be underneath the “Travel” tab on this website. We hope you can book a room at one and make it to our celebration!

Will the reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Villa & Vine is a venue space that is both indoors and outdoors! We will be having dinner outdoors in the garden courtyard, while the dancing will take place indoors in the Arlington Room.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered with Zola! Although not required, if you are planning on getting us a gift, we kindly ask that you bring cards to the venue or contribute to our home down payment fund on this website, as that is one of our main goals together after getting married. As this is a destination wedding, we would rather not have to travel back home with many gifts. Thank you!
