FAQs

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide transportation to guests that have reservations at The Inn or the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate (see Travel page) starting at 4PM on the Wedding Day. We cannot provide transportation to those guests not at these sites. We highly recommend renting a car to be able to travel around the city as ride-share services (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.,) are not frequent in the area. If you are driving, then there is also ample parking available at the Deerpark venue.

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, plus ones are by invitation only and we ask guests to not bring one unless explicitly invited. Thank you for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 17, 2026!

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only wedding and we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to the Schedule page with more information regarding event-specific attire, but please note that the wedding ceremony and reception are black tie!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5PM sharp! We recommend guests arrive to the venue starting at 4:30PM.

Question

Where is your gift registry?

Answer

Please check the Registry page for our most up to date registry!

Question

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

We are so happy that you'd want to share a gift with us but we ask that guest please do not bring box gifts as Registry gifts will automatically be sent to us! There will also be a card box present at the reception.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check the Travel page for more information regarding hotels within the Biltmore Estate property, of which we have discounted rates. There are also many hotels and AirBnB options available in and around Downtown Asheville, which is a short drive from the Biltmore Estate. Please note, October is a busy travel season in Asheville so we recommend booking accommodations as soon as you are able.
