From Texas

If you are traveling from Texas to Lisbon, Portugal, prices will vary depending on which city you are traveling from. Flights from Austin that pass through Toronto on Air Canada/United currently appear to be the cheapest option from Texas. NOTE: It is often cheaper to fly from Houston/Dallas to New York City, then fly from New York City to Lisbon vs. a flight from Houston/Dallas to Lisbon, so be sure to check this when planning your fights!

If you are traveling from New York/Connecticut/Boston, there are a number of flights daily that leave from JFK, Newark, and Boston Logan Airport.

Airbnb

As tourism has grown vastly in Portugal, Airbnb is a very popular and cost-friendly option. The wedding and reception will be held in Gradil, but we would recommend staying in Lisbon (particularly for first-time Portugal visitors). Please see Things to Do for more information on different neighborhoods in Lisbon. We will be scheduling shuttles from downtown Lisbon to the venue. More details to follow regarding timing/location for shuttle pick-up/drop-off.

Altis Grand Hotel

We have partnered with the Altis Grand and the Altis Prime hotels in Lisbon for a special rate of 150 Euros for single occupancy and 170 Euros for double occupancy rooms (All bookings include breakfast buffet!). Altis Prime: Altis Prime is a luxury Apartment Hotel in Lisbon located in the main financial and commercial section of the city. Each room at Altis Prime comes equipped with a kitchenette, suitable for families with children that will need to purchase and store their own food. Shuttle

Shuttle to/from Quinta de Sant'Ana

Shuttles TO the wedding venue: Shuttles will be departing Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon around 3:30PM-3:45PM on July 5 to arrive at Quinta de Sant'Ana at approximately 4:30PM. Should you miss the shuttles, Ubers and taxis from Lisbon are not difficult to coordinate and are relatively inexpensive. Please note that it will take around 45 minutes from Lisbon to get to the venue. Shuttles FROM the wedding venue: We will provide shuttles at the end of the event, leaving at approximately 2:30AM that will take guests back to Altis Grand Hotel. Please note that there will be an earlier shuttle departing Quinta de Sant'Ana at 11:30PM with the destination of Altis Grand Hotel. If you are unable to make the earlier shuttle or choose to leave at a different time, you can coordinate taxi service with our day-of wedding coordinator, Liliana (she will be identified earlier in the night). It will be difficult to call an Uber back to Lisbon and recommend taking the 2:30AM shuttle after the reception.
