When you RSVP, you will see who is included on your invitation. If you're allotted a guest, please respond appropriately whether they will attend or not.

For guests staying at Harrah's there is a parking garage directly South of the hotel. For guests not staying at Harrah's, there are two lots available at the venue: one North of the venue and one across the street to the East.

Answer

Yes! The venue has allowed guests to leave their cars overnight. We want everyone to have a safe, fun night, so please feel free to take advantage and pick up your cars the following day if needed.

Will there be transportation provided between the hotel and the venue?Will there be transportation provided between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

Yes! We are providing transportation from the hotel to the venue (the bus departs the hotel at 4:10pm sharp), and from the venue to the hotel between 9:00 and 11:00pm (the busses depart the venue at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00pm).
