Quinn has known Andrew since they were freshmen in college when they took their first German course together. As it would turn out, that German course was a stroke of luck because it led to the two of them studying abroad together in Berlin. This time in Berlin is where their friendship took off. Their shared interest in adventures and nerdy stuff made the whole thing inevitable. Quinn and Andrew stayed close throughout college, which culminated in a bargain: if Andrew helped Quinn land a job in San Francisco, they would live together. A special friendship took shape in San Francisco. Over the following years during which they lived together, Andrew took Quinn from barely being able to get down a blue run to winter sports being his biggest hobby (even though he is unfortunately a snowboarder). They played on many intracity sports teams where Andrew somehow managed to corral a fun team every time. They co-founded and sadly failed at building a company. And they shared a love for hosting friends and making good food. It was at these very gatherings where Quinn had the pleasure of seeing the beginnings of Andrew and Talia's relationship. Even though Talia finally won out as Andrew's preferred roommate, Quinn is lucky to have a close relationship with the two of them and looks forward to being there for their life together.

Ilana is Tals’ favorite big sis, first roommate, and best friend forever! Ilana lives in Denver with her husband Chip; two adorable and wild kiddos, Zoe and Chase; and their fur-babe, Jackson. There is nothing Ilana wouldn’t do for this girl, and she is beyond honored to stand next to Talia and support her as she says, “I do!” Ilana is so excited to officially welcome Andrew to the family and can’t wait to celebrate Talia and Andrew’s love in May!

Jeffrey Meier

Jeffrey is Andrew's brother. Throughout their lives, Jeffrey has always been chasing Andrew around the mountain skiing together in Colorado. When the snow melts, you can find them at the beach, usually digging in the sand. Jeffrey chose to not work in tech like his brother and is now a Structural Engineer.

Stephanie Murphy

Steph (Lee) Murphy is one Talia's closest college friends. She lives in south San Francisco and feels so blessed that her and Talia met the second night of college at Cal Poly. Steph's friendship with Talia is one of the most constant and reliable things in her life. Steph met Andrew through a rec volleyball league in 2017 and started dragging Talia to be her plus one at his parties. Steph is so happy for the two of them and so honored to be up there with you all in May!

Garrett Schirmer

Garrett and Andrew met through several mutual friends during college in 2013. Quickly, Garrett and Andrew ditched the middlemen and bonded over their enjoyment of hockey, beer, and video games (often at the same time). Over the years, their friendship has only grown; they've shared countless laughs and hours cooking meals together during their annual vacation trips. Garrett is extremely proud to call Andrew a best friend and is excited to see the beautiful life he and Talia create together.

Christine Vecchio

Christine is Talia's old neighbor who stills lives in the Redwood City apartment building where they first met, with her cat, Penny. Christine and Talia became friends slowly, due to just padding in the hall, and it has been one of the best friendships ever made. When Talia moved across town, Christine was devastated, but less so when she learned she moved so close that Talia and Christine could still have their our designated hangout day of the week (Tuesday's if y'all didn't know). Christine would do anything for Talia and feels blessed to have her in her life! Christine and Talia connect on so many levels and have helped each other through a lot. She can't wait to celebrate!

Shane Weisberg

Andrew and Shane met on the Winslow chairlift at the Dartmouth Skiway on January 5th, 2013. Shane caught Andrew's attention by shrewdly mentioning that his roommate (see above) was a member of the club hockey team. A friendship — and an IM hockey dynasty — was born. The following year, Shane took advantage of geographic proximity in the Wheeler dorm and the lack of effort of Nate Goss (not pictured) to wrangle Andrew into being part of the friend group. He was welcomed warmly after offering his giant projector for hosting what turned out to be a mediocre Super Bowl party. (But that was Peyton Manning's fault, not Andrew's.) Since then, Andrew and Shane have attended hockey games in New Hampshire and Florida and seen baseball games in Colorado and Maine. They've skied in Big Sky and Salt Lake City and watched Super Bowls in British Columbia and soon Japan. They've mini golfed in San Francisco and big golfed in Idaho. They hiked 54 miles from Hanover to Moosilauke, and Shane once biked 1000 miles just to see Andrew. And they're incredibly excited to welcome Talia along on any and all future adventures, as long as she gets Step On snowboard bindings.

Gianelly (G for short) met Talia at the gym where they got off on the wrong foot. After a rocky start, they quickly became swolemates! Gianelly is a single mother of two dachshunds, Winston and Arlo. She is so excited to be a part of this lovely journey, while reminiscing old memories and creating new ones!

Nate Greabe

Nate met Andrew in college, where they often spent late nights putting off schoolwork by playing FIFA. Since college, Nate and Andrew have visited in Austin (where Nate lives) and Chicago in addition to their annual "friendship" trip. Nate — against his better judgement — is currently a law student.

Jeanine Parish

Jeanine is Tals' favorite cousin. Jeanine and Talia were super lucky to grow up so close to each other and also work together back in the day! Jeanine lives in San Francisco, working in museums, and has a little kitty fur baby named Simba. Jeanine is so excited for Talia and Andrew, who is one lucky guy!

James Giles

Before Jimmy met Andrew, he figured he had enough friends. Five was plenty. Arguably too many. But then Andrew came into his life. As they played board games, video games, and sport games together, Jimmy saw what a great team they made. So he figured he could make room for one more friend. Jimmy now lives about as far from Andrew as he could get without leaving the country, settling in Boston, Massachusetts. His current interests include baseball cards and daily fantasy sports, but he's always on the lookout for exciting new ways to waste money!

Mil Darakananda

Seven-ish years ago, Andrew and Mil started their first real jobs at Square on the exact same day. Many ski trips later, Mil was so happy when Andrew finally found a snowboarder who could keep up with him (sorry Quinn). Mil has been home in Thailand for the past year, but she wouldn’t miss this wedding for the world. Mil is so happy and excited to come celebrate this couple!
