We suggest flying into Denver International Airport and renting a car to make the ~1.5 hour drive to Estes Park. Given that our wedding venue is at altitude, we recommend renting a vehicle with 4WD or AWD. Snow can come unexpectedly and accumulate quickly. We've listed below some commentary on the parking (or lack thereof) at the wedding venue, as well as some transportation options which we hope will help offset that inconvenience. The below section also offers suggestions of lodging options in Estes Park, CO. Please note that while the Black Canyon Inn Wedding Venue has some suites and condos available for rent, these are quite limited and may be more expensive than other options listed here. Lodging options are sorted by relative price from highest to lowest.

Estes Park Shuttle

Estes Park Shuttle offers a shuttle from Denver International Airport to Estes Park and vice versa. Of note, it is recommended that you call and book your shuttle ride at least one week in advance.

Explore Estes Ride Service

Explore Estes is a small business offering tour-like services in the Estes Park area. However, they do also offer a ride service similar to Uber/Lyft, which is linked here. We recommend that you call and book as far in advance as you are able. Given that they are a small business, they may not be able to accommodate an influx of requests right before the ceremony.

Offers a variety of rooms for $250-$300 in the main building, as well as in the more recently-constructed Aspire building. "The Residences at the Stanley" offer condo style rooms with 1-4 bedrooms. The Stanley's location puts it within a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk of the Black Canyon Inn.
