There will be a mixed salad, Caesar salad, and a Mediterranean Orzo salad provided as side dishes along with mini-Shepard pies. Dinner entrées will be meat lasagna, smoked salmon, jambalaya with shrimp, and creamy garlic mac. The dining experience will be a buffet style. Selecting an entree will help us to manage portions.
