What is the RSVP deadline?

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. If you do not see a plus one option when RSVPing, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests due to space limitations. We appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we’ve decided to keep the celebration limited to close family only. We hope this allows all our guests to relax and enjoy the evening with us!

The dress code is semi-formal or dressy casual. Feel free to wear what makes you feel your best—jeans and boots are absolutely welcome!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM on October 17, 2025, at Eight Ten Ranch & Cattle Co. in Muskogee, OK. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to find your seat and settle in before we say “I do.”

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Eight Ten Ranch & Cattle Co., located at 800 N Country Club Rd, Muskogee, OK 74403.

Will there be transportation or parking available?

Parking is available on-site for all guests. Transportation services will not be provided.

Will there be hotel accommodations provided for the wedding weekend?

While we aren’t providing specific hotel blocks or living accommodations, here are a couple of helpful recommendations: Tulsa, OK (Broken Arrow Expressway corridor): This area offers a wide variety of lodging options, including hotels, Airbnb listings, and VRBO rentals. The drive to the venue in Muskogee is roughly 30–35 minutes straight via highway. Muskogee, OK: For those wanting to be closer to the venue, booking in Muskogee is perfectly convenient. You’ll find hotels and short-term rentals within a few minutes of the wedding location.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be held indoors, with access to the outdoor areas available to guests before and after.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask for a quiet, phone-free ceremony. Please save your photos and videos for after the ceremony and during the reception, where we encourage you to capture and share the memories!

Will there be food and drinks provided?
Answer
Yes! We will have a full meal and a selection of drinks including beers and seltzers. A cash bar will be available for mixed drinks and cocktails.
