Booking Your Room

If you are able to join Andrew and Phoumany, I am here to help with all of your booking details including airport transfers, extra excursions and special requests, making sure your trip is tailored to you. Booking in the established room block will ensure all of the group travel perks for you and your travel party. Booking in the room block requires a minimum 4 night stay and will include roundtrip transfers between the airport and resort. A $100 deposit is required at booking. If you are going this route, after your room is booked, Zoe can send a payment link that will allow you to pay just the deposit. Room must be booked before November 21st, 2025. Payment for the room is due in full 30 days before check in. Moon Palace also offers a payment plan where guests can make partial payments at their convenience as long as each installment is made for a minimum of $50. Cancun International Airport

All guests are responsible for booking their own travel arrangements. The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Moon Palace is only 10-15 mins away from the airport. Zoe will set up your complimentary airport transfers for you. These with be directly through Moon Palace. To set up your shuttle transfer, please email Zoe your flight information! Don’t forget your passport! Make sure your passport does not expire prior to August 2026. It must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of departure.
