WHAT TIME SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the official ceremony at 3pm. Doors will open at 2pm. If you arrive late and wish to participate in the ceremony. You can watch standing up or on stairs.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: A balance between elegant, comfortable, fancy.

WILL THE CEREMONY, COCKTAIL HOUR AND RECEPTION TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the receptions will be mostly indoors. During cocktail hour, you may get your drink and snack and go upstairs to enjoy while we set up tables for reception.

WILL THERE BY PARKING?

Answer

There are street meter parking or parking garages around the corner. If you stay at the Olympia Lodge, there will be shuttle bus to venue. Starting at 2pm-10:30pm.

CAN I BRING A GUEST OR MY KIDS?

Answer

We are trying to limit seating. There are no kids allowed. We are only allowing Bridal/Groom Party to bring their children.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

YES! You may opt to bring cash to tip our bartenders and caterers. Open bar starts after Ceremony

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY TO POST?

Answer

We will really appreciate if you can put your phones away and enjoy the ceremony. We have hired professional photographer and videographer to capture this beautiful moment in our lives. We really don't want a bunch of phones in our wedding pictures.

WILL THERE BE A DANCE FLOOR?

Answer

After dinner, some tables will be removed to open up room for dance floor
