All flights will be booked on your behalf. To do so, we will need your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, and departure city. Once booked, flight details will be shared with you directly.
A minimum stay between 7/30 - 8/2 covering the official wedding dates is guaranteed and fully covered. Important members of the wedding have already been provided with an extended stay which will be communicated along with exact arrival and departure dates once bookings are finalized.
Yes. Guests are welcome to extend their stay beyond the covered dates at their own expense. If you wish to do so, please indicate this when submitting your information so we can coordinate bookings accordingly to maintain room continuity. Details and pricing for extended stays will be shared individually.
Hotel accommodations will be arranged at our designated wedding hotel at the Four Seasons Reasons Resort Maui. Specific hotel details, including room information and check-in instructions, will be provided once bookings are confirmed.
No. Please do not book flights or hotel accommodations independently unless you are planning additional nights beyond the covered stay. We will handle all official wedding travel arrangements.

Meals outside of scheduled wedding events will not be provided. Guests will be responsible for their own food and beverage purchases during their stay. The property offers a wide variety of on-site restaurants and dining options to accommodate different preferences and budgets. We encourage guests to explore and enjoy the many dining experiences available throughout the resort.
