Flight
We recommend flying into Florence Airport // Aeropuerto Di Firenze or Airport of Roma Fiumicino. If not flying directly into Florence and flying into Rome you can take the train to Florence which is the easiest or take a private charter service. If you have any questions on private charter services’ please reach out as we have many recommendations.
Hotel
You will receive an email directly from the Castle to book your room. Your room name / villa is assigned directly to your booking. Upon checking in on the 25th you will be directed to your assigned room / villa .
Shuttle
September 25, 2026 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
A complimentary shuttle will be provided for our guests meeting/staying in Florence from the bus center to Castello Di Meleto. You will see signs for the hotel with our wedding planners guiding you towards our private bus.
Rental Car
Depending on your travel arrangements renting and driving in Italy is very easy and safe. If you choose to do so all major rental services are available at your convenience.
