Are kids or plus-ones welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children or additional plus-ones not listed on your RSVP. If you do not see "Guest" or the name of your plus-one when RSVPing, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your plus-one. Thank you for your understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by March 22, 2026. The sooner, the better! If you need additional time, please reach out to us.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30PM. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to ceremony start time and accommodate for traffic.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite guests to dress in Spring Formal attire. For guidance and outfit inspiration, please see the Attire tab on our website.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! For any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please put a note in the 'dietary restrictions' section of your RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate and will reach out if any issues arise.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Woodbine Mansion has a dedicated parking lot. There are limited spaces within the designated lot. There is plenty of street parking surrounding the property as it is located in a neighborhood. Please watch for parking signs and allow yourself time to find parking prior to the ceremony.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We recomend staying in Round Rock (5-10 minutes from venue) to have close proximity to Woodbine Mansion. However, you may also wish to stay in downtown Austin (20-30 minutes from venue) for proximity to what the city has to offer.
