We met during the summer of 2012, just a couple of nerdy marching band kids. After a few months of spending nearly every day together at band practice, football games, and texting each other when apart, we finally became official on 2/11/2013 (much to the excitement of our friends). Since then we have been through numerous school dances, years of long-distance, high school, college, and grad school graduations, 3 apartments, a pandemic, and moving cross country. On 5/12/2021 while on a trip with friends in Tennessee, Andrew proposed to Megan— managing to surprise her even after all these years. Through all the ups and downs, we couldn’t imagine going through life with anyone else. We are so grateful to have our friends and family here to mark this new phase in our journey!
