Our Story

Only My Wife

We first met back in high school under pretty unforgettable circumstances—both sitting out during gym class, one of us recovering from knee surgery and the other with a broken arm. What started as a simple moment turned into something memorable: I thought he was cute, and he likes to say he fell in love right then and there. Life took us in different directions for a while, but years later, we found our way back to each other and officially started dating in 2022. From the beginning, our relationship has been filled with meaningful little traditions, especially early mornings spent watching the sunrise together. So when we took a trip to Thailand, it felt natural when Andrew suggested we wake up early to watch the sunrise at a beach lookout point. As the sun came up, we listened to *Un Verano Sin Ti*, danced, and reminisced about where it all began. Then he asked me if I remembered once asking how many girls he had taken to watch the sunrise. When I said yes, he smiled and said, “I only bring my wife,” before getting down on one knee and asking me to spend forever with him.
