SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

All departure times are when the bus will be leaving, please be ready at the pick up location in advance as the bus will only wait until departure time. Beachwalk Guests (pick up will be at check in office) 📍 202 Beachwalk Ln, Michigan City, IN 4:15 PM – Shuttle departs to cocktail hour 10:45 PM – Shuttle back to Beachwalk from reception OR load coach bus to after party 12 AM – 2 AM – Shuttle service from afterparty Blue Chip Guests 📍 777 Blue Chip Dr, Michigan City, IN 4:35 PM – Shuttle departs to cocktail hour 10:45 PM – Shuttle back to hotel reception OR load coach bus to after party 12 AM – 2 AM – Shuttle service from afterparty Harbor & Marina Grand Guests (please note cocktail hour is at 4:30pm CT and New Buffalo is in ET) 📍 111 W Water St, New Buffalo, MI 4:05 PM CT / 5:05 PM ET – Shuttle departs to cocktail hour 10:45 PM – Shuttle back after reception (last stop at Harbor Grand, first stop at afterparty) 12 AM – 2 AM – Shuttle service from afterparty White Pine Guests (please note cocktail hour is at 4:30pm CT and New Buffalo is in ET) 📍 13369 Wilson Rd, New Buffalo, MI 4:20 PM – Shuttle departs to cocktail hour (please meet at the Harte barn for pick up) 10:45 PM – Shuttle back after reception (board the coach bus for the afterparty)

Transportation Details

For the wedding ceremony, guests will need to arrange their own transportation. We suggest driving if you have a car, parking is available. For the reception and after-party, we’ll have shuttles running to and from the Marina Grand (located downtown next to Harbor Grand) as well as Beachwalk and Blue Chip.

Is there anything going on Friday?

Outside of our rehearsal with those in the wedding party, we don’t have any official events planned for Friday. Feel free to explore and enjoy the area at your leisure! We’ve shared a list of our favorite local spots and activities in the “Things to Do” section of our website — perfect for making the most of your day.

Are my kids invited?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, the cocktail hour and reception will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of children in the bridal party). Children are welcome to join us for the wedding ceremony at St. Mary’s.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Our dress code is cocktail attire, think long, midi or short dresses for women and a jacket and tie for men. Both the cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors, so we recommend keeping an eye on the weather and bringing a light jacket or wrap if you’d like. Please note there will be a small bit of walking across grass and stone paths — something to keep in mind when choosing shoes, especially for those wearing heels!
