We respect that every relationship follows its own timeline, but for us, there was no reason to delay the inevitable just for a big celebration. With half our bridal party expecting babies between February and June, we also knew a celebration with our closest friends wouldn’t be possible until much later in the year! With our families' blessing and the wisdom of pre-engagement counseling, we knew in our hearts—it was time. We simply couldn’t wait to live together, be one, and honor God with our union.
We like to think of this as a 'happily ever after' celebration! We had a small elopement ceremony with our immediate families in February, but we always planned to celebrate this joyful milestone with the many people who have touched our lives.

Quail Creek Resort is located in Hartselle, about a 40-minute drive from Huntsville. If you're staying nearby without a car, Uber and Lyft are great rideshare options. Let us know if you need any assistance!
Free parking is available at the venue. Please follow the signs to park at the Chapel when you arrive. The reception will take place on the same property, just a short two-minute drive away at the Grand Pavilion.

We want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration, including the food! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP. We’re still finalizing the menu and will do our best to provide options that suit everyone's needs.
Both the service and reception will be indoors! We will begin with a service in the Chapel on the property, and then migrate over to the Grand Pavilion (by walking or golf cart for those who require) for our reception.
While the weather is always a bit unpredictable, you can generally expect warm and moderately humid conditions in Alabama. Average highs are around 83°F (28.5°C), with lows near 64°F (17.8°C).
We love an excuse to dress up! Our dress code is elevated cocktail attire — elegant dresses and suits encouraged. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel your best! It’s a short walk from the chapel to the reception area if you prefer not to drive (and of course, there will be dancing!). We recommend comfortable shoes or a smaller heel for the ladies.
