When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation that is great and extremely helpful. To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the first and last name(s) listed on your invitation. We ask that you kindly reply before June 21, 2025.

Dressy casual! Leave the black tie behind! Please still dress nicely!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are six hotels less than five minutes from Circle P reception hall. Here are a few of our favorite, Hilton Garden inn, hampton by hilton, and Drury inn and suites!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and the reception are at the same place, and there is plenty of space to park!

Can I bring my pet?

No thank you! As some are scared of animals and some are allergic to animals.

Can I swim in the pond?

Absolutely not!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar, but please be mindful of how much you’re drinking. We may not have what you like, so feel free to bring your favorite along too! PLEASE have a designated driver or have plans on a way to get home. You can NOT leave your car at the venue. All we ask is for you to be safe and smart! As we don’t want to lose any of you!

I’m smoker friendly. Can I smoke on site?

Answer

We know we have a few cigarette smokers, as long as you are outside and put your trash in the designated areas! We know we also have a few garden smokers (we3d), but we will not tolerate at our wedding, we still love you and want to share our day with you apart of it! We have kids around and parents who don’t want that around their children. Please hold off for a couple hours!!
