Family-Friendly Activities: The Denver area has plenty of family-friendly attractions, including the Denver Zoo, Denver Botanic Gardens, Downtown Aquarium, Children’s Museum of Denver. Other great options include the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Elitch Gardens, Tiny Town & Railroad in Morrison, and the Dinosaur Ridge trails for a fun Colorado adventure.
Larimer Square
Denver’s historic Larimer Square is filled with charming shops, restaurants, and nightlife, making it a great place to spend an afternoon or evening. Located in downtown Denver, it’s about 25 minutes from Littleton.
Arrowhead Golf Club
Arrowhead Golf Club is a beautiful, scenic golfing experience. This public course is a local favorite, so I highly recommend reserving a tee time in advance, as availability can fill up quickly. • 9 holes (walking): Approximately $34 • 18 holes (walking): Approximately $68 • Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Rocky Mountain National Park
RMNP offers stunning views, wildlife, and incredible hikes such as Bear Lake, Dream Lake, and Emerald Lake. Timed-entry reservations are required during certain times of the year, so be sure to plan ahead. The park is about 1.5–2 hours from Littleton. Let us know if you'd like hiking recommendations!
Boulder
Known for its beautiful mountain views, vibrant downtown, and outdoor recreation, Boulder is a great place to spend a day exploring. Located about 45 minutes from Littleton, it’s home to the famous Pearl Street Mall and popular hikes like Chautauqua Trail and Mount Sanitas.
Garden of the Gods
A beautiful Colorado landmark with stunning red rock formations and mountain views. Admission is free, and it's just about an hour from Littleton.
