The ceremony promptly begins at 3:00 p.m. We request that guests arrive 30 minutes prior to ceremony start, so please plan accordingly!
We will enjoy an early dinner around 5pm. We recommend guests eat a light lunch before arriving.
As requested by the venue, the reception will conclude at 8 p.m.
We would love to see you all in your best semi-formal attire. Long or tea-length dresses for ladies and suits for gentlemen are appropriate, but please come in whatever you feel comfortable.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will occur outside. Weather in Carlsbad is generally warm at this time of year!
The venue has upper and lower dirt parking lots at the bottom of the hill. There is also street parking at the top of the hill available at your discretion. As the grounds from the parking lots to the venue are a little uneven, the event staff are providing golf cart assistance from the parking lots to those who need it. Shuttle assistance will begin at 2:30 pm and no earlier.
