For both events, there is no parking available and Sedona has limited ride share access. Therefore, transportation is provided. There will be two shuttle locations for transportation to both the welcome dinner and the wedding. For the welcome dinner, the shuttle will depart at 6:15 p.m. For the wedding, the shuttle will depart at 4:15 p.m. One shuttle will be staged in the Safeway parking lot at 2300 W State Route 89A. The other shuttle will be in the parking lot behind Native Jewelry of Sedona at 276 N State Route 89A.
Every guest is welcome to attend our welcome dinner on Friday evening, so plan to arrive in Sedona beforehand. If you are unable to attend our welcome event, we look forward to celebrating with you on Saturday afternoon.
We would love to accommodate everyone at our wedding, but we are unable to accommodate additional guests at this time. Please refer to your invitation for designated plus ones.
Although we love your little ones, our wedding events will be adult-only affairs due to the venue’s capacity.
No, there is no parking available for guests at the venue. We strongly encourage you to use the provided transportation due to the traffic in Sedona this time of year and limited rideshare options (like Uber or Lyft) in this area.
The welcome dinner will be in a covered space with an outdoor balcony overlooking Sedona’s red rocks. The wedding ceremony and dinner will be primarily outdoors with an additional indoor space for dancing during the reception.
If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know in your RSVP. Our venue will do everything they can do accommodate.
It sounds cheesy, but truly all we care about is your attendance. No need to spend a dime, we promise. If you insist, our registry is linked here (https://www.zola.com/wedding/andrewandmaddie2026/registry).
