Shuttle from Hotels to Reception

A shuttle will be bringing guests from the Quality Inn and Hampton Inn to the reception venue beginning at 4:30 pm. The bus will resume operations later in the night with the final shuttle departing the reception at 11:30 pm.

Hotel rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, and complimentary breakfast. This hotel does NOT require a 2 night stay. We have a total of 34 rooms (mix of 2 queens and 1 king bed option) available. You will need to call to book here to get our discount. Mention "Hubbard / Ervin wedding" on the phone to get our discounted rate. The cut off date for this deal is September 16th.

We have blocked off 15 rooms here which are intended for the wedding party & their plus 1's. However, if needed we'd be happy to block off more rooms.
