In the early 2010s, Lesly and Andrew ran in the same circles, often crossing paths, but the timing just wasn’t right — not yet. In May 2019, Andrew sent a message inviting Lesly to an event. She said no, but she kept replying. What started as quick back-and-forth messages turned into long conversations neither of them wanted to end.  Not long after, they met up to go shopping on Melrose before a festival they were both attending. What was supposed to be casual turned into hours of laughing, riding a scooter down the street, and ending the night at the best KBBQ spot in town. A month later, at the very festival they had shopped for, they held hands for the first time. From there, they grew alongside life — building, traveling, and learning how to navigate everything as a team. In 2024, on her birthday weekend, Andrew suggested stopping by Lesly's favorite beach before dinner to reflect on the year behind her. As they walked toward the sand, white roses lined up a path, and at the end of it, he got down on one knee. This time, she said yes — and now they get to do forever together 🤍
