Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Andrew Ames and Leah Travis
Welcome to the capital of Wyoming and our home for the past year! We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we have. There's lots to do in the surrounding area! Cheyenne is surrounded by so many great parks, we would love if you took the chance to explore some of them while you're here!
Spend a Day in Cheyenne

Spend a Day in Cheyenne

Cheyenne, WY

Grab coffee at Paramount Cafe or ice cream at the Boardroom. Get some pastries from the Bread Basket or enjoy drinks at one of the breweries downtown. Take a walk around Sloan Lake and visit the Cheyenne Botanic Gardens. Walk from the capitol building down to the train depot museum. Grab brunch at Paris West or Luxury Diner. Buy a cowboy hat and matching boots at The Wrangler. It's up to you!

One of our favorite places to visit, Fort Collins is about halfway between Denver and Cheyenne. Drive or hike around the beautiful Horsetooth Reservoir, visit breweries like Odell and New Belgium, grab ice cream in Old Town, or explore Colorado State's campus!

Medicine Bow National Forest
