Their friendship quickly and organically grew when Jenna's Nana became her babysitter and they spent every day together. From playing dress-up, to swim practices, to high school dances, to living together after college, Jenna has always been Leah's best friend. Jenna is the life of the party, while Leah is happier to observe. Jenna prefers red wine, and Leah likes white. Jenna has the wittiest one liners and tells the best stories, while Leah forgets the punch line of a joke. This is what makes their friendship everlasting - they are perfectly balanced. Leah not only gained a best friend in Jenna 26 years ago, she gained an entire second family. Leah couldn't image celebrating this day without Jenna by her side!

A balance between role model, challenger, and partner, Eric checks the boxes in what it means to be big brother and best man. Between hunting weekends, golf trips and relationship advice, the two's bond is one that has been forged through time. As an older brother, Eric has consistently set the example: holding high standards, leading with integrity, and pushing Andrew to be better in all aspects of life. Andrew, being the greatest younger brother, even took a step back and let big brother not only get engaged but married before him... despite the 5 year head start he & Leah had on Eric & Courtney. It’s a small sacrifice for the man who has always gone first, led the way, and been Andrew’s guiding influence as a brother, mentor, and forever best man.

Leah's Oldest Sister Hannah and Leah had an unconventional sister relationship growing up because of their 9 year age gap. When Leah was obsessing over playing house with her 4 baby dolls, Hannah was learning to drive. Leah still doesn't understand why Hannah was so annoyed by her constant singing of High School Musical in the shower... While their interests didn't align at the same time growing up, they now share the same love of wandering the aisle of TJ Maxx, watching Dancing with the Stars, & snuggling up on the couch. Hannah is fiercely loyal and someone you always want on your team. Hannah is the black cat to Leah's golden retriever and she is so lucky to have her stand by her side on this unforgettable day!

Honorary Best Man and Roommate Jack & Andrew found each other their junior year of Highschool at Badger Boys State. After attending Sunday Mass together—where Jack had to tap Andrew awake after he dozed off—they quickly hit it off over a shared love of sports and their style of humor. Their friendship carried into college, where they decided to become freshman-year roommates, creating plenty of memories along the way. Jack either liked Andrew enough—or didn’t have many other options—because he chose to keep the roommate arrangement going for their entire college experience. Over time, their bond only grew stronger through shared interests like card collecting and highlight video creations. A trusted friend to Leah as well, the three of them make a point to stay in touch throughout the week.

Leah's Middle Sister While the middle child is often described as the one who gets overlooked, there was no missing Marah in the Zinnen girl bunch. Between setting up her Barbie town, running around the neighborhood, or playing school, Leah was glued to Marah whenever she could be. Despite their 5 year age gap, Marah was (probably not always willingly) happy to have Leah join her adventures, and Leah couldn't be more thankful for that. Marah is an adventure chasing, passionate, and thoughtful older sister. She has been by Leah's side through every chapter, and she is so grateful to be sharing her bridal era with her! Now Leah just needs to convince her to move back to WI!

Highschool Friend and College Roommate
Derek and Andrew became close friends during their senior year of high school. Their shared love for adventure outdoors quickly became the foundation of their friendship, with Derek encouraging Andrew to continually try new experiences—starting with teaching him how to snowboard. That first push sparked a friendship that carried strongly into college, where they lived in adjacent dorms and spent much of their free time together. Throughout college, their relationship continued to grow as Derek continued to push Andrew outside of his comfort zone. Whether it was trying out a new frat, testing out a new hill, or making plans around an intriguing DJ, Derek’s influence encouraged Andrew to say yes more often and settle less. Andrew admires Derek’s ambitious nature and his constant pursuit of excitement.

Leah's Cousin Courtney and Leah have been inseparable since they were young. Being only 2 years apart in age, they went through life stages at similar times and learned to lean on each other through the highs and lows. Courtney is wise and mature beyond her years and truly has a heart of gold. She always extends an ear to listen and never asks for anything in return. Courtney is the type of person who always shows up for the one's she loves, checks-in, and makes you feel genuinely cared for. Family is so important to Leah and she couldn't be more blessed to have Courtney as not only a cousin, but as a true friend!

College Roommate and Close Friend Born in Burlington along with Andrew, their friendship is one that took time to develop. Despite facing off against each other in little league baseball, it wasn’t until college that their relationship truly took off. What started as weeknights and weekends spent together evolved into becoming roommates—and eventually sharing a room. Luke is a quiet soul with a lively energy. As down-to-earth as they come, he is always up for a bit of competition. Whether it’s golf, spikeball, or a game of pickup, Luke uses his savvy intelligence to get the job done. Andrew admires his even-keeled nature and quick-witted quips that always keep you on your toes.

Andrew's Sister Dr. by day, dog-mom by night! Alli is the competitive, strong-headed, and dedicated middle Zeman child. Leah and Alli's relationship has grown so much over the last 8 years, between ski trips, lake weekends up north, countless game nights, and Badger game days. While she is sometimes hard to keep up with, she reminds Leah of the importance of family, tradition, and adventure. Alli brings brilliance and compassion to everything she does, something Leah admires about her. Leah is so lucky to call her family!

Andrew's physical therapist and to be Brother-in-Law A man that has swept his Andrew's sister, Alli, off her feet... quite a tall task if you were to ask Andrew. Jacob has been a role model in the way he dedicates himself to he and Alli's relationship. An amazing fiancé and soon-to-be husband, Andrew is excited to welcome Jacob into his family. Jacob always finds a way to add to the Zeman competition, a trait Andrew admires and respects. He brings a can do attitude and a smile to all activities, and is a skilled and sharp man that is always willing to try new things and push himself out of his comfort zone.

Leah's SIL Leah and Courtney clicked from the first time Eric introduced her to the family. While Leah was happy Eric had gotten a girlfriend, Leah was (selfishly) excited to add another girl to the group. Whether they are laughing over something silly or having a heart-to-heart, Leah and Courtney never seem to run out of things to talk about. They always end up sharing stories of ridiculous, thoughtful, or funny things that the Zeman brothers do. Leah and Andrew are thrilled that Eric and Courtney are moving to a neighborhood only 8 minutes from them! They see lots of walks, family dinners, and play dates in their future. Leah is so blessed that Courtney is going to be part of their big day!

Andrew's second "older brother" A friendship forged through his big brother Eric, there is no doubt Matt has been influential in Andrew's life. Between intense games of tip-21, backyard kickball, and tubing behind the boat, Matt has helped shape Andrew's competitive spirit. As a true "hustler" in any game, he has led by example, showing what it means to give everything you have. Matt has been part of Andrew’s life from the very beginning, as he and Eric share a close bond. Little did he know the impact he would have on Eric’s younger brother throughout their time together. Andrew cherishes these moments, getting to compete in every activity now as an equal in the group—and not just as the younger brother.
