Travel
We have hotel blocks at 3 hotels, all within 30 minutes of the venue. There is plenty of parking at the venue, but we are also providing transportation between the Hilton Garden Inn and the venue.
UPDATED TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION: Two buses will leave the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:45 PM sharp to get you to the venue by 4:15 before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Then, the two buses will be available to take people back to the hotel beginning at 9:30. The last bus pickup to take people back to the hotel will be at 11:45 PM once the reception has fully finished.

Bus From the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel to Rolling Meadows Ranch

These two buses will take guests in the afternoon to the wedding venue before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. If you'd like to utilize this transportation option, plan to meet in front of the hotel at 3:45 PM sharp. You will get to Rolling Meadows Ranch with 15 minutes before the ceremony begins.

There will be two buses that are running from 9:30 until 11:45 to take guests from the wedding back to the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel. The final bus for the last call of guests will leave Rolling Meadows Ranch at 11:45 PM.
