SHUTTLE BUS PICK UP IS AT 3:30PM ON FRIDAY. PLEASE READ: Guest cars will not be allowed at the wedding, so please do not drive yourself to the ceremony. Shuttle buses will pick up from either the Omni or Holiday Inn hotels at 3:30pm to take you to the venue. Buses will leave the venue to take guests back to both hotels at 7:45pm, 9pm, and 10:30pm. The last bus will also take guests to the after party. If you are not staying at either hotel, please communicate with Katharine which hotel you will go to for pickup so we can ensure we have enough bus space for everyone. Please text us with any questions or concerns. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

These are great options since hotels may be expensive! We recommend looking for places near the Downtown Mall or the UVA Corner, rather than near the venue. These areas are all a quick walk or quicker Uber to fun stuff. Feel free to run Airbnb or VRBO options by us before you book!!

Flight

Flying to Charlottesville

For flying into Charlottesville, we recommend CHO airport as it's just a 15-20 minute drive from downtown and connects to most major airports. If you're willing to rent a car and drive, you could also fly into Richmond (RIC) which is 1 hr drive to Charlottesville, or a DC airport (Dulles, BWI, Reagan) which are about a 3 hr drive.

There's an amazingly easy Amtrak train straight into downtown Charlottesville, we highly recommend for our East Coasters!!
