How to book your hotel room?

Answer

To book your room, click on the three lines in the top right corner of the page. Then enter the booking code provided, and the reserved rooms will appear for you to select and book.

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is summery and semi-formal. Think lightweight fabrics, relaxed elegance, and outfits that are comfortable for warm weather and outdoor settings. Feel free to add a bit of color or personality, just come ready to celebrate!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding. We hope it feels like a mini break for you.

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The nearest airports are Barcelona El Prat (BCN) and Girona Costa Brava (GRO). Both are accessible, with Girona being closer to the venue. You’ll find more travel info on the “TRAVEL” section of this site.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Depending on guest numbers, we’re looking into arranging shuttle transfers from the airport to the hotel. We’ll share updates closer to the date.

Question

What should I do in the area?

Answer

There’s plenty to explore, including medieval villages, beautiful beaches, vineyards, and museums. Check out the “Things to Do” section for our full list of recommendations

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

All rooms at the hotel have been reserved for our wedding. To book your room, please use the discount code provided. Rates will vary based on the room type selected.

Question

Do I need to bring anything?

Answer

Just yourselves and your dancing shoes. Everything else is taken care of.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to settle in and take your seat. The ceremony will start promptly, so please don’t be late!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and parts of the celebration will take place outdoors, weather permitting. We’ll have shade and seating, but please check the forecast and dress accordingly.

Question

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Yes! You’ll be well-fed. There will be a full meal, drinks, and plenty of snacks throughout the evening. Please let us know of any dietary needs when you RSVP.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means we kindly ask guests to put their phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present. We’ll share the professional photos after!

Question

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP. We’ll make sure there’s something delicious for you.

Question

Can you recommend someone for hair and makeup?

Answer

Yes! If you’re interested in having your hair or makeup done on the day, please let me know. I can arrange bookings through the hair and makeup company we’re working with. Availability is limited, so early notice is appreciated.

Question

What kind of shoes should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

We recommend ladies wear block heels, wedges, or flats, as the venue includes gravel paths and grassy areas. Stilettos may be tricky to walk in due to the outdoor setting.
