What’s the vibe?

Create your own illusion. We are hopeful to see a beautiful sea of our closest friends and loved ones dressed out in black fabric and shiny metals of all sorts, but have fun with it. Feel out the options. Fantasize. Accessorize. Don’t take yourself too seriously (or do…). It will be a fun night to take risks and party. Be the glam you wanna be.

Who am I sitting next to at dinner?

Answer

No one! There is no dinner, only swanky waiters slinging apps and joy all night. If you get extra hangry there are a few choice diners and restaurants in and around the hotel.

Open bar?

Answer

Yes! It is an open bar until the tab runs out. Our wedding is mostly gay guys and Navy boys so bring some backup cash.

Anything cool happening night before on Friday?

Answer

Yes! Andrew and I are recreating the stops of our first date with our families. Feel free to pop in and join us. All of the stops are in North park (where the hotel is). Stations of The Date are: 1) North Park Beer Company 2) CoinOp 3) Redwing Reach out to one of us to see where we are. First spot starts around 5:00.

Where do I put my hangover?

Answer

At the pool at the Lafayette! Many of us will be lounging on the grounds on Sunday ordering mimosas, Bloody Marys, and brunch fare. Bring a swimsuit. Hotel has towels.

I would love to bequeath you with a marital gift!

Answer

And thank you! We truly have all we need. So no physical gifts are needed and don’t bring anything (unless you are a beautiful sentimental type who must and you are valued). However, we are in process of setting up a fund that forces us to take a honeymoon before years end. It will be live on the “registry” page soon!
